While we would like you to keep and enjoy the item you've bought on citymoments.com, we equally want you to have the peace of mind knowing that an item bought can be easily returned within certain time-frames and conditions. After all, keeping our Customers happy is the whole point of citymoments.com and we'd love to hear from you at any time regarding any of your purchases made. Simply, if you wish to return an item for any reason or if you've had a change of mind, you could do so for all items bought on our website within Four (4) Days of the date of purchase, so long as the item(s), any related accessories and/or tools and components – along with the Original Packaging - is in the original state and condition when purchased and received. Conveniently, we will arrange the return for you. You could contact our Customer Services Team, to arrange a courier pick-up for your item or return to any of our stores. To ensure you are within the Policy time-frame for returning your purchase, please make sure that you contact us as soon as you have decided on returning an item. Just remember– Check your item(s) as soon as you receive it in order to ensure your full satisfaction with your purchase(s) so that you could take advantage of our Simple, No-questions asked Return policy within the conditional time-frames for returning an item. Please note that refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Any item bought on Citymoments.com has a one year guarantee except in cases where it is specifically mentioned otherwise where the condition of sale is different.  Some items might have a shorter guarantee period or at times a longer one, depending on the offer. If an item received is not the same one ordered, doesn't work or function as advertised, is missing any component or accessory, faulty, damaged or not in the advertised condition, you have the right to return it and we will arrange for it. Your Right to Return starts only from the day you take delivery-of (receive) the item(s) and sign-off on the Courier Company's delivery note and can be used through-out the time-frames mentioned above, which are - Four (4) Days for all items . Refunds on your purchase are done seamlessly once a Return is requested. However it might take a few days to be credited back to your citymoments.com account for cash on delivery payments and for Electronic Payment Cards amount will be refunded directly to the Card. Finally and to give you the ultimate Peace of Mind, should you still be unsatisfied with a purchase after the conditional time-frames for Returns has elapsed, you could still contact us to discuss your concerns and we will attempt to help out in every way we can. Any returns beyond the time-frames of our No-Questions Asked policy mentioned above might be subject to a 40% deduction from the total price of purchase and citymoments.com reserves the right to only refund 60% of the amount. Delivery policy

  • Citymoments.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

  • A Single order maybe split into multiple shipments, depending on the availability of the item and / or weight limits for parcels by the courier/postal company. The cardholder should be aware of the possibility that multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
